Who's up for some 'DYNO TIME'
 

He guys, called a few places today & think I found a pretty good deal.

The place is caled ADS (automotive dynamic services). They are in Chander on ray & 54st. Price, if we can get 10 cars we can get 2-3 pulls for $65. 5+ $75 for 2-3 pulls. When I called around to some speed shops that I have worked with, these guys were recommended by 2 of them. They (ADS) seemed to be very knowledgabe & have a guy there that is very good @ reading graphs & charts after each run. That peaked my interest + they run there dyno on a "eddy current brake???" system (I think i have that right) which is what we want because it puts a "load" on the vehicle which gives a true hp/tq reading.

The other place I called is Chucks Speed. Spoke with Chuck, seemed to be nice guy, 5+ vehicles $75 with unlimited runs. Didnt find out what kind of dyno he has but figured that unlimited runs might be nice if any one will be trweaking their engine. (I personally wont need more than 2-3 just need some good info on what it is doing so Sal can tweak my chip).

Those are the only two I think will be worth while. If any of you know another place that you would like me to call I will.

So far we have (if you guys still want to, I know that $65-$75 can be kinda steep, but for tuning to max performance it will definatly be worth it, plus I just wanna know what I have @ the wheels http://www.musclestang.com/bludes/ubb/wink2.gif !!!!)
we have me, Joel, Jim, Peter, Wes + son, adp??, who else?. that is 7 (assuming that all you can do it) if we can get just three more oops oh ya I will be getting that guy that has had his Lightning @ SVC with the ASP pulley & exhaust) so that makes 8. We need 2 more 2 get it @ $65. That is a great price considering that they normally charge $95 per car!!! Anyone else know of someone that could join in let me know. Also we can get a Sat date since we will have so many, so it will just be use & the Dyno-man.

hey adp, we can get a good baseline for you (all stock) which is what I want. Then with the rest of us we can see what mods make the hp. I have the PSP filter/chip, others have the PSP filter/ Superchip, stock, bassani exhaust (wes) etc... Good to have variety.

We only need 1 more. I was at Dave's yesterday and I told him he needs to dyno his CJ7 before he puts his 383 TPI in. He wants to do it!

As my Silver 2000 is being built as we speak, I can't make a real committment on when I'm available. Keep in mind how long most of you had to wait though. If I can get mine in time count me in.

How do you know yours is being built as we speak? Do you have an exact scheduled build date of today? Man I hope the people putting it together weren't Titon fans. If yours is being built today then I'm truly envious.

I don't really know for a fact mine's being built. Call it wishful thinking. Today is the day Ford is suppose to start building them. All I know is they told me I'm first in line because I have a 1999 Cobra lemon being replaced.
