What's the delay???
 

Is it true i may have to wait til march till my truck gets here??
If so, then its that much more time to save up and buy the ehxaust, what other options are reasonable/limited budget type besides chip and airbox???

hey silver just continue your question within your same original post, just go to the "post reply" & start with you new post. Well there is no delay, that is just about when they will be coming out. The 99' were not out unitl march of this year also.

save your money for a Bassani xhaust system. I just read about it yesterday in Trucking magazine.I also have a Lightning on order but I am hoping for a spring delivery. I live in Michigan and don't want to watch it sit in the driveway while it is snowing.

How is the Bassani exhaust anyways?? Is it about the best you can get, and does anyone have a sound file of how the lightning sounds, i saw it on TNN, and I live in Mayberry (literally), so nobody else within like 100 miles is going to have a lightning, and i just wanna make an impressive show.

Hey guys,Sal here. Those of you with 2000s on order have been asking me to find out about production delay info. I looked into it today, and it seems the date has been pushed back further to between Jan 5 and Jan 31. It still lists the delay is due to the starter issue. Don't feel bad though, that's only 1 month after Job 1 starts. Some of us 99 guys waited several months for our trucks https://www.f150online.com/f150board/smile.gif

First just wanted to say hello to everyone,I'm new to this message board.Really enjoy all the info here.I talked to the SVT dealer here and he said JOB 1 was pushed to Dec 19th with deliveries around the end of Jan. early Feb, also said Towing package and 6 disc CD changer is standard equipment now.
