i know it may have been brought up just a couple times before but bare with me cause if special guys like me didnt keep re-asking ***** you'd run outta questions and it would be a search board not a forum. i want to lower my 2000 L. nothing crazy, just a couple inches off the back and 1" or so off the front. whats the best way to go about this? control arms? axle flip? spring press?

You mean a couple of hundred times.

Nonsense. If the question were never asked, there would be nothing to search. But once the question has been asked and answered and discussed and discussed again and asked again and answered again . . . the search function is the proper way to locate the information. Your questions below show me quite clearly that you have not bothered to perform even the most basic research on the matter.

Under these circumstances, others may "bare" with you, but I will not.

Search, read up, and learn. If, after doing this, you have any questions left unanswered, I will be happy to help in any way that I can.

Hint: See my sig.

I am serious when I say to feel free to ask any specific questions that you have. There are lots of options with pros and cons, but meeting your goals does not sound expensive or complicated.
