My normal headlights work fine, my fogs work fine, but when i pull the highbeams lever towards me the normal headlights stay on and when i push it forward into perm high beams i get no head lights at all??? are there 2 diff sets of bulbs?

 

Check for a blown fuse. In the passenger compartment fuse box (lower left of dash next to your left knee) fuse # 16 (20 amps) is for your high beams.

And yes, there are two sets of lights, low beams and high beams.
