possible scammer on ebay sell L's and parts
 

guy goes by tal730 and his name is alvin wade
from: gardena CA

who is now sell a L on EBAY.

i bought a intake for a L off him and never received anything i think i was scammed

i payed the 23rd of April and still never heard or received anything from him.

if any one has any info that would be great, also this could be some else truck and he might be using there pics with out them know it. if so have them contact me

i just file a paypal complaint and they are conducting an investigation

i used to live in gardena not too long ago and just moved a city over, never seen that L on the street at all, and I would notice. If you have an address I can check it out if i have some free time.

But if you bought from him thats bad on you, look at his feedback rating? I don't know how he can even think he could sell the truck on ebay with a negative feedback rating. But if he doenst deliver let me know, i'll knock on his door for you.

That guy won an auction from me. He wanted to pick up the K&N filter from me rather than having me ship it. No Problem! I call him the very next day and told him that I would be in his neighbor hood, and I would be willing to just drop off his filter. He told me to call him that day when I could come drop it off, and he would give me his address. Each time I called him (about 4 times) each an hour apart, he told me he was going to be home in 20 minutes and would call me back. After the 4th time I said screw it, came home and added his first feedback on ebay. BIG NEGATIVE -non paying bidder.

ach, that about 30 miles and 2 hours of driving difference. Sorry pal, not driving all the way out there.

seller has made contact with me and is trying to resolve the problem. i received this email:

HEY WHATS UP WESLEY COLLINS I JUST CHECK MY PAY PAL AND U DID SEND THE 35 DOLLARS WHEN THE BID WAS OVER. WHEN I DIDNT HEAR FROM I THOUGHT THAT U DIDNT WANT THE AIR INTAKE.BUT U JUST SENT THE MONEY WITH OUT TALKING TO ME SO THIS IS JUST A MESS UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ME AND U 35 DOLLARS IS NOT WORTH SCAMING SOMEONE OVER CAN U PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS SO I CAN SEND U THE 2473280185 AIR INTAKE SORRY FOR PROBLEMS OK ALVINTAKE73@AOL.COM

this is as is typed in CAPs. i thank everyone for being able to post it and the help. will keep you updated if it ends with item shipped

He has two negative feedbacks. This isn't usually a really bad thing, but he only has 3 instances of feedback. I hope that you left feedback on him!
