I dont know. Mine is a 99. It does not mention anywhere about it. Even Ford and SVT couldnt tell me. SVT had the wiring diagram and could tell me that there is one but not where its located. The diagram only showed wiring routes. Not where relays and fuses are actually located. I assume that why SVT told me to go by a Chiltons.
I guess I shouldnt say that its not in there because maybe it varies from year to year. As far as the 99's, I spent most of the day last Wed. trying to get a straight answer as to where its located. I still dont know, as it ended up being my pump anyways.

Here is a foto of John Fastruck at JDM. They pulled the relay and plugged in the jumper to run the pump continuously.
Ignore the two long wires. The "Horseshoe Wire" is the jumper installed in place of the relay.

Well then I guess that was my problem. If it said "not used", then i figured it wasnt used. Oh well glad to know its there and Ford considers it "not used". Thats very helpful when trying to figure out which relay it is.

pick up the phone and call one of the tuners
