Saw 2 GT's and met John Colletti
Saw 2 GT's and met John Colletti
You guys are never going to belive this, but I'm driving down US1 tonight and what pulls in front of me? Not one, but TWO brand new GTs. I follow them when they pull into a gas station and start talking to the guys driving them. Both were employees of SVT. The cars had manufacturer plates on them. They had them here because Ford hosted an event for the top 20 dealers in the US at a hotel near my house. Got to sit in the drivers seat. Simply amazing! The entire engine bay is carbon fiber, and the block is just too beautiful to describe. Later that night I threw on a suit and tie and dropped by the hotel. Colletti was giving a speech, and after he was done I spoke to him for a few minutes. Really great guy. Definately an unexpected night.
whats the chances of that happening. I wish i could be out cruising and then all the sudden there John Colleti and 2 brand new ford GT's. sounds like you had a good time. Did he mention anything about the new L?

Hey,
I'm new to the whole LIGHTINING thing. That is a really cool story. I heard those things have S/C's
. I am thinking about putting a pulley on my S/C. What size pulley do all you guys recommend?RaoulG
He didn't really mention anything about the new L, but I only spoke to him for a few minutes. If I remember correctly I think the two guys driving the GT's were named Alex and Paul.

I live in south Boca. Saw them on US1 just north of Camino Real. They were leaving for Detroit when I spoke to them. As far as I was told, they were only here for the dealer convention. And yes- I have slammed my head into a wall repeatedly for not having a camera.
