Some of those ls1 guys are real jackasses. The same ones keep posting the same stuff, and a few of us are trying to defend the Lightning, but they are "my ls1 this and my ls1 that". Granted it is an ls1 board, but I don't sit here and just dog the chevy or dodge crowd. All they do is yap on about how every truck made now is better than the Lightning in at least one way. I have yet to see a chevy or dodge take the L.

This will probably get moved, or deleted. I just wanted to vent a little. Sorry if anyones morning cereal got pissed in just now.

LOL....most of the guys on here are really cool. And they give props to ls1s. Which is cool in my book. Lightning owners from MY experiences are much better than stang owners.

 

No doupt about it our lightning bros. and sis. are the best if you need help they will come to your aid in a hurry. lots of knowledge on this board sometimes we get out of line but it is all in fun lots of ribbin each other but all in fun glad to be on this board

 

After looking and many of the sig. pics on this forum. I noticed how many people. Have an L and a non-ford car. I think its pretty neat to see that.

I had a 4th gen with a 396 stroker, ATI Intercooled supercharger. Sold it this summer due to getting married and buying a house I had to sell the Camaro in order to get the house I wanted.

I have nothing but respect for ls1 owners, when they are cool. I owned nothing but chevy till I bought my L. I bought the wife a 2000 taurus with the dohc 3.0 liter. But it wasn't mine. I had a few bad *** bowties. Some of the regular members of ls1.com are worse trolls than anyone I have ever seen. I have my L, a taurus, a 79 chevy luv 4x4, a 68 chevelle malibu, and a 78 kz-650 bike. My tastes are not biased to what I drive, as long as it gets me here and there.

 

Every group is going to have some jackass's, can't really judge a whole group from a few bad apples. I just could imagine what a SRT-10 owner would think of the Lightning community as a whole if he spent a few minutes reading this board.

Yea SRT owners are getting beatin up pretty bad around here....but who cares they are the minority and it will be alil while before any of them come dominant. Im getting a L soon. I really want a ls1 fbody but insurance is just unreal. L wont be nearly as bad its like 400 bucks every 6 months more for an Fbod.
