What's the best engine shampoo to use.?

Has anyone had better luck with different engine shampoo's? I'm going to be going through the hole truck today and before I go to the local part's store I was curious to witch engine shampoo might give me the best out come.

Thanks in advance.!

head and shoulders...

naw jk, i just use simple green, or some sort of degreaser

Its a Lightning so I doubt its very oily and Dirty, Simple Green works best when its just a little soiled. If you ever have a Dirty oil filled engine compartment, nothing beats Easy off oven cleaner. I bring the Engine up to temp, spray can of the ***** everywhere, start truck and let it run for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off with high pressure. Yes Easyoff isnt good for rubber but its no more harmful on Rubber than oil is, both eat the rubber slowly.

I use GREASED LIGHTNING to clean EVERYTHING.Its not good for paint though. This ***** will melt 1/2 of grease off your engine compartment along with 1 year worth of carbon off the insides of your exhaust tips.It takes all the road grime and old tire dressings off your tires too!!!!! Im telling you NOTHING cuts grease like greased lightning. Just spray and hose off.I mean it,No scrubbing.:drool:This stuff makes simple green look like windex!!

Even though its not an L, its a 5 year old truck. Take note of the brake lines that used to be all oily/dirty.

I use both Grease Lightning and the simple green stuff, but I dilute it with 50% water and it works great!
