Question Jlp

Hi
i am going to buy the 5# pulley from JLP
Do i need a engine lock out to install it or do i get the insall tool and the engine lock out tool???
And is it difficult to install???
Can you guys show me the install pics ???
ANd how ddo i get the belt off????

Yes you need the install tool.

Just stick a 1/2" breaker bar in the tensioner and push down to loosen the tension on the belt. Then slide the belt off.

When you buy a pulley from JLP it comes with the engine locking tool, the hex socket and the right belt.

Remember, the pulley bolt(OEM) is a reverse-thread bolt. It's tough to break loose but even tougher if you don't turn it in the correct(reverse) direction.

Yes change the stock plugs. MAny opinions on what to change to. Do a search and read up a little. Please tell me you got a chip to. With a few minutes of searching all your ?'s will be answered.

Dont know if im correct, but as what ive seen and experienced the NGK TR-6 is the best plug to use.

No i don,t have a chip any more i Ve put the factory chip for the pulley
