I had to help my mom move this weekend. The truck helped out a lot! The bed doesn't look that big, but you can put a lot more back there than I thought.
The last pic was my frist trip of just tires. I had my slicks, the spare tire and some new f1's I had to make sure I got those moved first. I didn't want the tires to get lost in the move.
Anybody else on here use there trucks for hauling stuff?
Thanks, Shane

I used my '99 to move back and forth to college up in Flint, Michigan. I was also surprised at how much would actually fit back there... I had enough junk to make the rear sag a bit.
Once, I also had enough firewood in the back to really make it sag... honestly thought the hitch was going to hit something.

I will be doing the same thing in 4 weeks. We are moving a 5,000sq foot, 7 bedroom 4 bath house, into a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2500sq foot house in about a month. Im most likely going to have to use my L to haul some goods...

This is why I bought a "truck" in the first place. I regularly play hockey and putting goalie equipment in a Mustang wasn't the easiest thing to do. Sure....I could have bought a station wagon or something with a hatch but having a truck can serve many purposes. In this case though, having a truck with 380 + HP makes it all the more fun getting there. I am moving to my new home in December and will definitely be using the L to haul our stuff. Why not.....it is a truck after all.....not an ordinary truck but still the general usage of it is there.

I own 5 acres, heavy maintenance, I have hauled 16 (80 lbs) sacks of concrete, on several occasions (just about every week end, for a month or so), I have used the truck to rip out Chain link fence, tree trunks, have hauled hay, and many times moved lumber from the delivery point to the rear of the property.
She has been (and still is) one heck of a pick up truck!! And after two years, I still look back when I go inside.
