denso's or autolites
i have #103 autolites in my lightning right now and they run great. i have an #8 pulley and a upper. i have been thinking about changing to the denso's, but wonder if they are worth the money. will i notice any power increase? i also was wondering which plug to run if i do swap, IT22 or IT24.

I just blew two Denso It 22's on only 15 lbs of boost with a KB. I recomend the NKG's #8's as a alternative.
DLM  |
stick with what you got, i hear the autolites are one of the more durable plugs. the densos are nice but rather fragile

If you go Densos, get the IT-24s....as far as Autolites, Id get the AR93s......

I don't have a lightning (God help me) but after I changed 4 plugs (all I have been able to put up with so far) and a fuel filter I have been able to screech my tires from a dead stop for the first time since I got my 22's. I was impressed. I wonder what 4 more will do? (Oh, and the ones I took out were autolites)

V groove power baby, its all about the NGK's. Try a pair of NGK BR7EF's. The TR6's are V groove but way to hot for your application.

what are the AR93's compared to the stock replacement 103 ?
is that a race plug? |
help me please?

What did you gap them at Dan.....I go at minimum .032 on all my plugs , even with Densos.....

has anyone run the AR93's and how much colder are they tan the 103's?
|
The AR93s are a race plug and cannot be gapped, their electrode is cut halfway off and their wall is twice the thickness of any plug ive seen....the heat range is around an 8 to 9......

how do they run ? do they idle rough or skip because of the heat range?
