Here's a question for you all....
Here's what im thinking of doing, hopefully you guys can shed some light/lend some advice for me :)
I'd like to get a daily driven mid 11sec consistent lightning. Do ya think I should just get a KB or Works blower and a few of the other bolt ons and call it a day, or do ya think I should start stacking up the bolt-ons? I know Bolt-ons can only go so far but arent they fun? The other problem is if I did go the new charger, would I need to get a built block? Ive got a 02 and don't know if the rods can handle it, let alone my plugs blowing around like mofo's. So there it is, i'd like a 11sec truck, you guys help me decide please heh :) Thanks Jack |
try asking on nloc.net or nhtoc.net

If you want daily driver reliability then go with a built block. Not sure how the built motors would hold up to daily driving though>??? I haven't heard of one failing(except for a tuners). There shouldn't be a problem but maybe someone can chime in with a built motor and a few miles on it>??? I would really like to know as that is also my next step. Goodluck with your truck whichever way you go. -Mat-
