My truck isn't stock now,but i noticed this when it was. My truck won't downshift into 2nd after hitting the 40mph O/D mark. but if im going 45 it will? ermm...i'm confused. Here's a video of me racing that super charged prelude from a 40 punch. ORR, am i crazy and that was a 2nd gear shift? I shut it down at 125 or so. I don't know wich video that is, cause my comp at work won't play it.My truck only shifted to 3rd from 4th. If i take it out of O/D it shifts to 2nd at 40.Even shows the downshift marks in the f150 owners manual, so i think its a default shift for the computer? But, i heard of people hitting 1st from 40mph.... anyone shed some light on this?
