1/4 Mile Guru's
I have been doing some Jager thinking and was wondering something.
It is my understanding that the Computer turns on the intercooler pump when the engine temp reaches approx 100 degrees. Since we make our 1/4 runs with the engine as cool as possible, there the chance that the intercooler pump is not circulating fluid thru the intercooler during the run or only at the end of the 1/4. So if the pump was wired to run off a switch, where as I control the pump, there is some hp to be gained and maybe a better et? It's not that Iam looking for much......only maybe .08:devil: |

Yea we all need some serious Jager thinking.:D Hell I've done so much thinking Jager just decided to Sponsor me.:beers:
Bruce, Hope to see you at Cecil on the 12th so you can get rid of that anoying .08sec. |
Don't worry Gator,
You'll get your 11 soon :bows: And if not, I grrnty I have a way for you to do it for absolutely free, NO LIE No B/S, you will add a few tenths |
Ok
100 lbs equals 1/10 is the basic rule So here you go April 12th at Cecil is a closed track day, just for SSOTN (US) My idea is, we take off both front doors, the tail gate, the hood, the spare, any inside bed mat, the pass seat, and of course the Hitch (if you still have that ugly a$$ thing on). OK we can all agree that has got to be close to if not over 400 LBS right there if he still has the hitch on. Then from there we can still knock off more ET if you need it. Wind resistance, we all know a box going fast against the air ='s no Aero. So the cheap easy way out is we remove the windshield and the back window, this will now allow the wind to go straight through with no resistance. I grrnty you will get you 11 if you do this, I'd be willing to bet $100.00 against it. The only problem is you can not wear your hair piece    |
This is what she looks like with no jager in Bruce HEHE.
