Lets go to No Problem Raceway this friday. I know its short notice but I'd love to see as many Lightnings there as we can fit in the staging lanes:). I'm going to shoot for my ultimate goal....12.XX without a chip and stock pulley. Its supposed to be cold as Neptune and the track will be prepped for Bracket Racing so COME ON LETS GO RACING. If I make a 12.XX pass with only the mods in my sig and NO WEIGHT REDUCTION I'm going to need a witness because noone will ever believe me. I'll be there when the gates open....hope to see some of you. If we have a good turnout I'll use the number 0120 so you guys will know which truck is mine;).

I'm sorry Wendy but I can't make it. I have a wedding to attend that night. The best I can do would be to make it next Wed. for Test&Tune. Good luck and hopefully you make it into the 12s. I'll believe you if you say you did it.

Enjoy your wedding Mook. I rarely go on Weds. because they don't prep the track at all for test and tune. We'll meet there one of these times.

Tom I called the race track today and they said to call on Friday to see if they will open the gates. They said that if the track is to cold they won't race. I doubt that it will be cold enough to keep them closed but I wouldn't want you or anyone to make the trip to the track to find locked gates. The phone number is (985)369-3692.

I would love to go, but I have duty (USCG aviation) Friday. I need to get back there soon though.

I think sometime in March, No problem is having a Chevy vs. Ford vs. Mopar showdown. Would definately try to be there!

Be sure to bring traction when you go next time;).

The race track will not be open tonight!!!! Tom and anyone else who was planning on coming down don't they are not racing tonight.:mad: I talked to one of the guys who run the track and they said its going to be too cold!!! They are concerned about traction at the top end of the track so they said tonight is off. These guys do run a top notch facility so I guess they know whats best but damn I was pumped up for racing tonight. I checked the NLOC official times and I am already the fastest L not using a chip or aftermarket pulley but I wanted to be the first to crack into the 12's with my mods or lack there of. Oh well hopefully the next opertunity won't be too far away.
