For the guys that have experience with both what would you recommend would be a better upgrade first? I know nitrous will provide more performance but in a daily driver I'm thinking upgrading the valve body and stall will be better plus the reassurance of not blowing my trans with nitrous added. Any comments on proven gains made with a stall/

I would do a 50-75 hp nitrous with a FT valve body.

 

the stalls isn't going to do much for you unless you have slicks on at the track.

I would do the FT valve body and the nitrous kit like easter said.
