The only places I can think of to get an 03 or newer console other than salvage or dealer is
eBay or your nearest conversion shop. Check your local Ford dealers conversion vans and trucks for the name of the company that does the conversions.

An occasional console lid floats across ebay. Other than that, I think it's going to be a very tough part to come up with individually unless you order it through a parts supplier.
