Better late than never
Hello!
Not exactly new to the forum, but I figured maybe I oughtta follow the "rules" and finally post here. Recently acquired a 2002 XLT SCab 2WD from a friend. Needed a fair amount of superficial front end work, and new frt suspension / steering linkage. I've been posting and learning for a few weeks now. Thanks to all who've contributed. Now if we could just tackle the few remaining gremlins.... This is my second F150. First was back in '93. '85 4WD reg cab long bed inline 6, manual trans. Frame was slightly twisted and it was a major gas hog. Nonetheless a dependable truck until I traded it in on a K-5 Blazer that was even worse. I found that I needed more cab room for the dog and hunting gear than the reg cab provided. Plus, it was ugly and stuck out like a sore thumb in the parking lot when I got a new job. The new one is a second vehicle to my 2010 Grand Cherokee Ltd 5.7 Hemi. Thanks again for all of the help so far. Nice group here. |

Good to have you here.

Welcome to the club mate. How many miles on her already?

Not many yet. Just in testing things I've worked on so far. As soon as I get the trans lines replaced in the next few days, she'll get more use.
