head rest removel
 

I just bought a 2014 F-150 Regular cab. I would like to remove the center headrest, which appears to be non-adjustable. This is the headrest on the fold-down center armrest. I located a tab on one of the headrest posts, but pressing it did nothing. I cannot find a tab on the other post. Does anyone know if this center headrest is removable? Any help would be appreciated.

if it's like my 2008 the other tab is kinda of flat and hidden along the base of the other plastic mount, this from Wet Okole's installation instruction.....

Thanks, phillyFX4. The diagrams helped. That other tab is really hard to see, but I found it after reading your post and was able to get the headrest off. Thanks again.
