Replacing 2000 Rear Seats
 

Has anyone tried or thought about switching out the 2000 flip up seats with a previous year's rear seats.....I hate the new seats and want my flat storage back.

My previous 98 had the flip down seats and I was horrified to hear that the 2000's were switched to flip UP seats. I had the same thought as you. Much to my satisfaction, I like the new style just as much as the old. The seats are more 'solid' than the flip downs and offer the advantage of putting items which are taller in the cab which might not have fit before.

Thanks Dustoff. I just sold my 97 today and my 2000 is on order. I will see if the new arrangement works out with the way I use that area. By the way I would be interested in hearing about your cabin filtration system.
