Floor Mats

I am looking for some kind of floor covering for my standard cab F150. I have the dealer installed carpet ones but dont think they will cut it. I have three people in the front alot of times and the middle "hump" is starting to get dirty. I am looking for one mat, maybe rubber, that will cover the entire floor of the cab. Ive seen the ones in Bass Pro and Cabelas but would like any other suggestions before I spend the money.

Thanks for any help

Well, I haven't seen any that go over the hump in the front. Have you thought about going to some place like Home Depot or Lowes and buying a length of clear vinal hallway runner?? Then just cutting it to fit over the hump and adding the reg floormats to either side?? It's just a thought.

Try Performance Products. They have rubber mats that are heavy duty and will even hold fluids in case of spills.

If you install those mats like Indy suggests, check your gas pedal. With the engine off, mash the pedal to the floor. There's a good possibility that your pedal may hang up on the mat, at least it did with some trucks.

Well I just tried my own advice only for the backseat. My kids manage to spill just about everything on the floor back there. So I went by homedepot and bought 5' of the cheap floor runner.(total $2.50) Used the paper that came w/it to make a pattern and cut out what needed cutting. Then I put my backseat floor mat on top. No more spilled juice drinks soaking into the carpet before I can get it cleaned up. (the bigger the spill, the more likly the kids don't tell me) Cheapest mod I've made

Nevermind... I think I was looking at the mats for the back of the supercab models. They run all the way accross and cover the entire floor...

Just do what I did, go buy some towels and lay them down on the floor over the floor mats. I found some towels at Mervyns that perfectly match the carpet and the carpet floor mats (cost about $10). Then when the towels get dirty you just shake them out, and occasionally throw them through the wash. And in the event that you want you truck to look "fancy" to impress people, you just throw the towels in the back. The only downside, they cover up the nice Lariat stitching on my floor mats, but I'll get over it because they are also protecting that same stitching.

Anyone ever see or have the mats listed in Bass Pro Shops or Cabelas? The look like what I am looking for but what are they made of? I like the one for the middle hump.
