I have a 97' 4.6L F-150. My headlights, high/low, and fog lights do not work. My running lights are working. I checked fuses 8,9, 16, 26, and 28. They are all good. I checked the bulbs and they look good as well. I did go 4x4ing yesterday, so it's likely to be related. Can somebody give me some direction? Other posts I've read have people saying that they have high beams and dog lights but no head lights...

 

If you didn't check the fuses with an ohm meter try that to double check to make sure they are good.
If they are good next would be check the relays under the hid of your truck by the driver side by the fire wall.

Quick question. You running halogens?

 

Check the OUTPUT of F9 (underhood box) to see if it's actually supplying power to the headlight switch (DB/O wire) and to the MFS for the FTP function.
