How did you trim the inner part of your shroud? I'm thinking a small cutting blade in my dremel... That's the only part that's holding me up. Well, that and ordering a new CCFL...

I used small sanding drums on the dremel to trim down the inner part of the shrouds. You can be pretty precise with them.

Sweet. I'll probably get my fogs done up when I'm at my grandparents over thanksgiving. Going to wire them up the same as my other off road lights. Factory switch to turn them on, toggle switch for high beam, and relay to highbeam with the highbeam heads eace:

Yeah I used a sanding drum and made 5 slots. 4 slots to go around the post brackets on the projectors, and one bigger slot for the highbeam relay. I think i'm going to sink the shroud deeper into the bowl.



And to cut the tabs to sink the shroud deeper I used a cutoff wheel like in the next picture.



And cutting the back small tabs.

^ that cutoff wheel is what I was thinking of. The one that I have right now is too big
