Heater/A/C blower stuck on High

I'm new to the forum, and I need some advice or technical assistance with my issue. I have a 2011 F-150 Lariat Crew Cab with 160k miles. I am the original owner of the truck. Recently, my blower motor / fan is stuck on high speed. After researching a fix, I purchased and installed a new blower motor control module resistor (the one behind the glove box). It did not fix the issue. I disconnected the negative battery terminal, turned the headlight switch on for 30 seconds, then turned it off and then reconnected the battery cable. I was told that doing this would reset the ECM back to factory defaults. This still did not fix the problem, and the blower is still stuck on high speed. Has anyone else had this issue, and what did you do to fix it? I know there is an in-dash heater control module that may need to be replaced, as the blower motor control module (resistor) was probably not defective to begin with. How do I replace the in-dash control module?
