2005 f150 4.6 engine. ac line past fixed orifice is very cold while high pressure line is very hot. Is this normal?

Gradual loss of "cooling" performance?
Intermittent?

Still have fam speeds/airflow?
Mode door (defrost / vent / floor) all work correctly?

Manual AC head (3 *****) or Digital head (Lots of buttons)

Did you replace the dryer/reservoir? What are the pressures on what temperature day? Could hot water be going through the heater?

If it was intermittent I'd say look at the blend door behind the radio (known issue)

This thread is one of the worst cases of a Thread Hijack I have ever seen. Even the moderator was participating in it.
If the pressures are within specs then I would say it's a blend door problem.
