So my a/c hasnt work for a while, basicallly all winter (didnt really need it anyways). when i bought the truck in september '12, i replace the blend air actuator cause it went out. ac worked for little bit after that. system started to run low so i had a shop refill it. back to warm air 2 days later. when i took it in, mechanic said that it had dye in the system. couldnt find any leaks under the hood. compressor would kick on when the system was filled.

is it possible ford did something when they replaced the actuator? how hard would it be to find a leak under the dash. ford said 14 hours to take the dash out with the center console.

any help would be appreciated.
