I have an '04 F-150 S.C. Lariot with automatic climate control. I had very little heat and suspected a blend door actuator problem. I replaced the actuator and still had the problem. I then removed the actuator and found the blend door then closed completely and I was able to obtain full heat. My problem is the blend door actuator is holding the blend door partially open. Any ideas?
