Different sort of Blend Door Problem
Have a different sort of blend door problem
'05 F-150 doesn't switch completely from dash to floor. When switching to dash I get about 90% to the dash and 10% to the floor. Unfortunately the reverse is not true the other way around. When switching to the floor I get around 50% to 60% to the floor and the rest being Defrost and pushed out the dash vents. Closing all the dash vents helps a little, but also heats up the AM / FM / CD more than I would like. Seems to have gotten worse recently. I'm hoping it's just a pencil or straw that's made it's way into the air handler, but knowing what door and where it is in the unit would help greatly.
Doesn't help that my other half in the passenger seat complains loudly and often about the temperature of her feet.....
