Howdy again,


The heater quit blowing hot so after some research on YouTube I decided to cut into the plastic heater box (thru the glove box opening) to see if the blend door was broken. It seems fine but it only opens about an inch or so when I activate the heat temp button and it closes fully for the A/C function. I cannot move it with my hand in either direction.


Could this be the result of the actuator gears being stripped? I hear NO clicking from it. Actually I hear no sound at all from it.
