Changing Head unit

I recently just bought a F150 stx and notice the first night flickering dash and headlights. After taking it back they updated the PCM. When i pick up the truck i wanted to change the stock radio out and put in a pioneer head unit and new door speakers. Will this mess with PCM again. I dont want anymore electrical problems but i also would like a new headunit. Any feed back would be much appreciated.

Nope, it should be fine. Just get yourself one of those wiring harness adapters to make it easier.
