Does anyone know if you can take a stereo unit from a 2003 model f150 supercrew that is a 6 disc cd player and replace it with a newer model with an aux jack? like an 06 0r 07? do the radios simply slide out and interchange or is there mounting that needs to go on? one the same subject, does anyone know if there is am aux cable out there that plugs into the stereo?
