Aftermarket 2007 F-150 Headunit

Hey guys so i have a few question about getting an aftermarket headunit for my 2007 f-150 with the 6 disk cd changer and factory sub. I have been looking around and ready posts on here but i was just wondering if someone has already done this. I am looking for a touch screen unit that will work with the factory Sub, Factory Sat. radio, steering wheel controls and also has an ipod hook up that charges the ipod. money isnt really an option so i want to go with something that will last i was looking at this Apline unit
http://www.crutchfield.com/s_500INAW....html?tp=20212 I just dont know what else or if i needed anything else to hook up the steering wheel controls and the factory sub. Any info you guys have would be great.

I have a Pioneer touchscreen in my 07'.
Works great with the factory sub (plugs right in using correct harness)

As far as the steering wheel controls you will need a aftermarket adapter. Not sure which is the model for Alpine? Pac-Audio makes them so I'm sure you can find it on there site. My Pioneer uses the PAC-SWI-PS model and It is intermittent at times. Kind of frustrating.
Satellite radio will also require adapter kit from Alpine. Same for the Ipod, another adapter cable from Alpine.

So I think i have narrowed it down to the Alpine

Or the Pioneer

I like both of those, and i know a few people with the Pioneer AVIC and they love it. However, might i suggest a different website that you can get both of those products for cheaper. I have bought a few different head units from here, and loved the service, and the shipping was really quick too. Also, there is a coupon code for it. If you are interested in it, PM me and ill send you the code.

Man, I first saw your screen name and thought Tracy Porter from the Saints. He's #22.

But honestly man, if you are looking for a in-dash DVD player you need to ask yourself a few questions before jumping in. Nav? How many discs? Any external outputs? Iphone or just Ipod? etc. And then ask for help again. If you need anything my email is always open. Ive sold and installed in-dash video for years.
