Help please! In my 2005F150 the (5L3T-18C815-JG) deck stopped reading cds, so i bought known working deck (5L3T-18C815-KG). When i installed the KG, i noticed that JL Audio Sub woofer volume was lower and when i inserted a cd, the cd would go in and out repeatively. That's when i go the cd error. I've that the KG is setup for Audiophile and the JG isn't. Could that be my problem?

I just pulled my CD6 out of my 03 FX4 .. I replaced it for now with a single din Pioneer..MP3 unit Deh 2900 MP ..I think the problem with my CD6 was that it was full of dust..It still works and all but every once in a while it woud say bad disc.. I am still saving for the DVD Navigation unit .. I think an audio store should have the adapters or maybe us cut and solder.. One thing that really helped me is I replaced all the door speakers and added a 10inh sub under the seat ... It is funny to me that even a $100 pioneer like I installed sounds so much better than the CD6 that ford charges like 800.00 for...
