I had the same problem. The plaque came with my wifes name on it. Although Alan told me it will take up to 4 months. That was about 6 weeks ago. I will be patient and wait. Alan's email is alan.pinter@beanstalk.com. Their website is www.beanstalk.com.

Same problem here. Mr. Pinter told me that he had 150+ of these to redo. That was 4 weeks ago.

I'm pretty sure we'll all get them eventually. We'll be sitting around drinking beer and have completely forgotten about it when it arrives.

Hi folks,

I have been waiting since July to have Alan fix my nameplate (mis-spelling). I have talked to him twice and each time he tells me another 8 weeks because all the re-do's take a second priority to new nameplate orders. He said a large number of nameplates have typo problems. No real answers.
It's time again for me to call him. I hope he dosen't say wait till next year. This is ridiculous.

huh, i guess i got lucky. i called him about getting a second keychain so i could have a spare one. and a week after i called him it came in the mail. probably cuz all they had to do was mail it and no engraving, but i'm sure you'll get your stuff eventually.
good luck

Sorry Josh I thought that I told you I got the key fob and what I think is the 01 plaque in the presentation box, it has my name and the vin #, but not the build # ,because Fod Canada got with the program to late, so all Canadian 00's have the vin and not the build # or so I am told and as I said the 02 knife and leather pouch (with flames) way to go Alan

yeah, i'm pretty sure the canadians and late build 00's got the 01 style plaque, and no build# on them.
anyway, congrats on the stuff. now all ya need is the tonneau cover and the jacket
