I finally finished my custom inserts. I put them in about 1/2 way through the show, and i got alot of compliments. A few people though i bought em and were suprised when i told em i made em. I just used 3/8 plywood, cut out the shapes, sanded them, painted them, then used pics from a harley calender and spray glued them on, then i coated them with this stuff called enviro-tex. Its a clear stuff you pour on and it hardens and is equal to 50 coats of varnish so it looks really cool, and does look like i bought em. Then i just used velcro strips to attach them to my tonneau for when i go to shows. Looks awsome. If anybody wants to tackle this project and has any questions just ask. Its not a super simple project, but its not that hard to do, just alot of work. It should work for any tonneau as long as it has the indents in it, or even if it doesnt is should work, it just won't be recessed. The pic isnt' the greatest, but what do you guys think?

o yeah, do you have any 02 HD shirts left? I met up with a guy that has a 02 HD yesterday at the show, and i was wearing my 02 shirt i got from ya and he wanted to get one.
