Hey Sounds GREAT and NO!!!
The Fords seem to be toned down enough through the cats
there are 4 of them and even went through TDOT inspection, no problem.
Just went to muff shop and the guy said $50.00 and if I didn't like it for the same money he would weld it back.

you still have tubes running so the pipes are still there? or did he just cut it off infront of the muffler?

What kind of bulbs (headlights & foglights) did you buy for your truck? Where did you get them, and what do they cost?
thanks

When He cut off the Muffler he welded a "Y" pipe in the spot where the muffler was.

As far as the lights they are APC Super white Part # 9007 for headlights and part # H1 for fog lights cost was about $30.00
each pair. I purchased them at a place in Nashville called
Hunters Custom Automotive.

Hey tatoocat...

If you ever get a chance, it would be sweet if you could get a sound file of your exhaust. It would be interesting to see how it sounds...might give other HD owners some ideas. Thanks.

not saying i know anything about this kind of thing with exhaust, but w/o a muffler wouldn't you lose backpressure, and hence lose some hp? i don't know, i though i heard it before that some backpressure was good, but i don't know that much about exhausts. Just curious

got any pics btw?
