I drove a 02 HD F150

I have a 00 Model and when I went to the service department to pick it up, I saw a new black on and made an offer of 34 on it. The salesman was like, lets go drive, so we took it on a 5 mile cruise and onthe way back he said that I can just lay off in it to see what it will do...well when the blower started whining it took off, I was soo impressed, I almost drove off with it but they only wanted to give me 20 on my 00 model in perfect shape with 21K miles on it, I tild him that it wasnt enough that I wanted 24K. He said he will call me back Monday (today).

interest rate?...call your bank and get your own loan...

as for XPlan.....The invoice on it was 32,300 so 34 isnt that bad.....if you dont know how to buy a vehicle, get approved for the loan at a bank first, then walk in and tell them that you will buy the truck right then for 500 over invoice...no xplan or anything, just good buying tactics..thats how I got my 00 for 25,5 with a sticker of 32,7

Eh...Ford offered me a better interest rate on my 2000 than my bank did ~2.9 vs 7.9~ which is why I asked the question about the 2002.

However I appreciate the generalized statement on vehicle purchase
