HD2NV89, (sorry if i got the screen name wrong) i saw in your gallery that you had a cervinis ram air hood on your truck. very sweet. I was just wondering how much it cost you for the hood, paint, instillation, etc. (if you don't mind me askin). and if they have the functional kit out for the f150 yet. I plan on getting one soon, but i can't get ahold of cervinis. They aren't far from where i live so i might have to drive out there one of these days. Thanks, and how do you like it so far?

 

The hood itself was $439.00 plus shipping cost. Don't know what the individual cost was, since I had an old style (used) Expy console shipped to the body shop also and they paid the freight on both items. They dyed the console black, reinstalled the air gauges in the front part of the console and of course installed the console, painted and installed the hood and moved the windshield washers. Total cost was $2070.00. I have done several modifications on my truck, but am keeping all parts in a container at the warehouse in case I want to take it back to the origninal state. The hood is the most dramatic look change I have made, but when I saw it, knew I had to have it. Yesterday, I changed the front grill & rear tailgate emblems to a billet black. Small change, but it looks good.

 

Sounds cool, you definately have to post some new pics. anyway, where did you have to move the windshield washers? (just transfer them to the new hood?) and do you know if they have the functional kit out for the f150 yet? I heard it would be about 100 extra, but they weren't out yet. Anyway, post some pics of the new emblems and stuff if ya can. I plan on keeping all my original stuff too, just in case.
