What is the stock gears on our Harleys? Are they 3.73?

i thought we had found some of the earlier 2000s did have the 3.73s with most having the 3.55s

The 2001s have 3.73s

3.55 listed on my sticker July /00 build. When announced it was with a 3.73. Some early May builds may have been 3.73's but story I heard was (take your pick) a) our tranny and the 3.73 didn't mate very well, or b)Ford could list better gas mileage on the sticker with the 3.55. It's a moot point now: my gas mileage on highway is about 20 mpg to the Imperial gallon, and my tranny still works fine with no funny shifts or noises.
