Angry sliding rear window

I just noticed today that the gasket that's behind the rear window (the plastic flange) is exposed. It sticks out on the top of and on the left and right sides of the window. Anyone else have this problem?

Not very obvious on a black truck. I figured they'd screw it up worse than if I left it alone.

Same issue here....Top and drivers side of the rear window have the gasket sticking out about 1/4 inch.

Ive looked at every F150 I could find with a sliding rear window and cant seem to locate one that exhibits the same behavior.

Odd.
