DO NOT order any thing from these people!!!!!!!!!!!! First they tell you they ship the things out when they don't. So 2 days after i was suppose to receive it I called for a tracking number. I got the run around, and come to find out they hadn't shipped it. Second I finally receive the alternator and it has the wrong pulley on it, so I take it to the local alternator shop and have the remove the stock pulley and put it on the new one. I start talking to the guy and he wants to bench test the new one to see the output. What do you know it bad!! So the head tech starts looking at it and says there is nothing different about this alternator then the stock one but the pulley and the stater!!! So I call powerless master and ask them about this. And find out what they are going to do to fix the problem? I got the "well have to call you back" 3 hours later. "We can build you a new one and send it out; you should have it in 10 days." I said that’s unacceptable I need one over night so I don't have to reinstall and remove the old one. They said again "let me call you back.” well the next call I get is some retard that tells me "they need do not want to do business with me they want me to send the old one back and when they receive it they will credit my account.” Customer service is history that god we have forums and can weed out the incompetent company's.

One good thing did come out of this, the guys at the alternator shop said they can rebuild mine for a lot less money. They assure me it would work properly. they are going to give me a price so i will pass it along when I get it.

Please tell anyone who is thinking about buying from them NOT TO!!!!!!
