Jesse James...West Coast Choppers

just surfin the net, and ended up on jesse james's site. pretty cool. his bikes are awsome!!!

anyway,, here's the link to his site
http://www.westcoastchoppers.com/

but here's why i posted this here....

he makes rims for trucks also
does this truck look familiar?? its the same one that TZrider posted that was at the sema show a few weeks back

he either updated the emblems and grille, or got rid of the clear headlights and put the old style heads and clear corners one

pretty cool truck, but those rims are too big IMO.it raises the truck up way to much IMO

not to mention that the set of 24" by 10" rims are 1,578 PER RIM!!! not even including the price for the rubber bands for the tires. LoL!

if they made that HD into a bulldozer, i think i'd cry

did you see this weeks episode though? it was pretty cool. they took a 97 f150, put airbags on it, a set of 20 or 22's, and a diamond plate bed, and turned it into a walnut tree shaker to get the nuts out of the tree. it was pretty crazy

the coolest part though was how they did the wood grain flames on teh truck. they put the base coat, then layed cheese cloth on the panels and sprayed over top of it, then took the cheese cloth off, taped off the flames, and sprayed the top coats, and it left wood grain flames. that was pretty cool!

Yep, that guy is awesome!

Hey, HD356, I'll let you tell him the rims are too big, LOL. He'll turn your truck into a nut shaker or something.

if you watched teh show in His chanel about his actual motorcycle shop, he showed all his tools. Onewas a computer with CAD on it which hooked to a this machine that carved out the shapes in the CAD comp. Pretty cool. Thats how his bikes all have 1 of a kind rims.

He also custom makes everything, including gastank, except teh frames.

You got to love the guys attitude too ... F*c! you. He has a sweet tatoo on his hand that says pay up sucka, and he gets paid. The waiting list for a bike is years long and you can't even get on the list unless you have $60k cash to put down. No Credit, No Service Work, No Accessories, F*c! off (that is his shop motto).

samiam513, he actually makes frames too. If you saw the episode where he built the bike for Sturgis, he did everything except the engine, though parts of that were custom built as well (the heads for example). He also built the custom frame for Shaq's bike since he is such a big guy.

The machine that creates the rims is very awesome.

yup, i saw thsoe episodes where they made the rims for his sturgis special, adn then when he made shaq's bike and was bending the frame for his bike with the holes drilled through the main down tube. that was awsome!

Hey, HD356, I'll let you tell him the rims are too big, LOL. He'll turn your truck into a nut shaker or something
good point, i'll shut up now. LoL!

Watch next week it will be on monster garage, we are going to make it into a bull dozer

I doubt it, crockett is on the opposite side of the country. LoL. i think he was saying watch the show next week, and they'll probably take that HD truck and ruin it and make it into a bulldozer or something
