washington has been tryin to do something similar, my brother owned a dirtbike in idaho, when he moved to washington they tried to get him for the sales tax on a bike he'd had for about 7 years.

Live in North Carolina and I flew out to Arkansas to buy mine brand new. Saved alot because my dads boss owned the dealership so I got it cheaper. Even had the dealer drop it at the airport for me so I could sign the paperwork in the truck and begin the 900 mile drive back.
