Society needs more people like this

I'm sure most people have already seen this on the news, but I though I'd post it here because this is just amazing.

Yeah it is. I wanna punch that douchbag in the suit who just stands there and watches. He probably caused the dam thing in the first place. Probably late for work and on the phone, like every other stuck up business Guy out there.

my friend just did his final interview to become an incharge paramedic at the EMS agency i work with, and the scenario our medical director gave him was this exact scenario, crazy stuff

That happened a few miles from where I live. Strange how they all come together like that..

The lady with the dark hair and black skirt sure didn't hesitate to jump in and help. All those people should be very proud of themselves for what they did.

What an asinine statement.

I agree. Even if he did cause it, he should've helped the trapped guy somehow, and not just stand there and stare

Does anybody think that maybe the man in the suit might have a serious back problem or maybe some other injury that was preventing him from helping to lift several thousand pounds of car ?
It sure is easy to sit on your asses and judge the situation when the truth is. YOU weren't there, you have No clue who caused the accident and No idea why the guy didn't pitch in and help.
Everybody is a critic, even me at times.

i applaud the people for getting the man out from under the car, but then they just leave him in the street AND WALK AWAY!! atleast stabalize his head and check the his ABC's!!! Airway, Breathing,Circulation.

Near the end of the video, it looked like the two cops were about to lift the guy, one by the feet and the other by the arms -- which would have let his head flop backwards like a rag doll. The video ended so couldn't tell what happened after that; I sure hope they didn't do that -- any neck injury would have been seriously aggravated of course.

My wife said she saw this on CNN; later they showed the guy speaking from his hospital bed, thanking all the people who helped.

guy in the suit even leaned on the car for a moment...
