Ford to invest $400 million in Missouri plant

Interesting. I wonder if this is to ramp up for Ford's new "Start-Stop" technology?

Good for Ford, but it reminds me of a few years ago when Chrysler invested about a billion dollars in the Fenton, MO plant, which they then stopped production in and are now tearing down.

One major difference: Ford is increasing sales via improved quality. Chrysler is among the worst quality cars you can buy.
