Looks like the Tea Party isn't the only group with racist in it...

Gotta love this lady at an NAACP function bragging about not helping white farmers out as much as she could. I noticed the crowd didn't seem to voice any disagreement with what she said. She has since resigned, thank goodness.

I wonder if the NAACP will have a referendum on itself for being a racist organization.

They are a racist organization. How are they not?

they all choose not to see that they are more racist than the average white American.

they have an entire organization devoted to black people and only admit black people. I fail to see how the NAACP and or that African American college fund are not racist organizations.

But im also whiling to bet this thread is not gonna last long because of the topic and the fuel it could add to people voicing their opinions on a controversial matter

Like my friend always said;
"I'm not racist at all. I hate everybody equally."

Isn't it convenient that we're all talking and thinking about race, instead of paying attention to the hole that our government is continuing to dig for us?

There are racists, no doubt about it. Are some deciding to be a part of the tea party movement? I'd guess there may be a few, though I haven't seen it for my self. There isn't any registration to be part of the tea party movement. There isn't anyone to register with. It's not an "organization" per se. It's a movement.

Have we forgotten that health care reform was shoved down our throats? Did anyone notice the financial reform legislation that was just passed? These new regulations wouldn't cost we, the consumer more would they? Unemployment benefits have been extended, for up to two years is it? Tens of billions more on the counties credit card.

We are being hearded like sheep. We're getting to the point where there will be so many sheep that thoes straggelers who resist will be forced to get in line. You might not notice this happening. We're taking our freedom for granted. Just like the sun. It rises and sets every day yet we really don't notice. Except when we go from dark to light, and then from the light to dark. What they have in store for us isn't quite the same as the sun. What they have sends us from light to dark, and we'll just have to be happy there.

Another distraction people. Don't become a sheep. Don't let the people around you become sheep.

Everyone makes errors, known as the Human factor, but most other news outlets have much larger mouths and feet than Fox News.

Not really. MSN, MSNBC, etc. all covered this story too.

The fact is she still didnt help "whitey" out originally and had to learn that it was about the poor, not just about black versus white. If she wasn't a racist in the first place she would have already known that.

Hey, I primarily watch\listen (on Sirius) Fox News. But they did insert foot in mouth or started this, no? This will give a lot of ammo now to their credibility for a while, don't you think?

Andrew Breitbart / Eloise Spooner = Bill Clinton / Blue Dress

Eloise is 82 years old, imagine if the couple were deceased and unable to refute?

Too bad for Andrew.

I fail to see how the "editing" of the video about what she said during her speech, or how she treated the farmer, makes her appear any more or less racist.

She admitted that she did not want to help the farmer to the best of her ability because he was white. She said she "took him to his own kind" to be taken care of. Her audience laughed when she said these things, apparently because they enjoyed hearing about a black woman in power discriminating against a white man.

In the end, yes, she did help him save his farm (don't forget that was her job after all), and she did eventually tell the group she was talking to that poor vs. rich is more important than black vs. white (although she did say that race did matter, it just wasn't as important).

I'm sure the Spooners were grateful to her because they didn't lose their farm. Does that mean they weren't racially discriminated against? No, it doesn't.

The manner in which she told her story shows her inner feelings towards "others", and her audience ate it up.

I'd like to address the audience 'laughter' to the extent there was.

A new female employee, myself and my supervisor were in the parking lot discussing her new car. I had known and respected this man for twenty years, he was a church deacon. Out of the blue, the female recites the racial slur acronym for 'Pontiac'. He laughed, however briefly. I was stunned at both of them. What kind of impression was she trying to make and what the hell was the matter him?
It was the only incident and I eventually decided that his laughter was a nervous reaction to an uncomfortable situation. People just do that.

I've had some people 'feel me out' with a racial statement I guess to determine if they're amongst their own ilk. I don't have to say anything, I'm a pretty mean looking guy and my stare which they get for an extended length tells them not to go there again.

Oh Raoul, you know there's a difference between "taking something out of context", which seems to be the only claim against the video, and and altering sentence structure to give them different meanings.

If you've ever seen the episode of SouthPark after Isaac Hayes quit you get the idea. They took lines from all the other episodes, pieced them together and turned his character into a brainwashed, child raping adventurer.
