It's because of that stupid "No child left behind". It was a good idea, but .. not. Hell, my daughter asked me if Nevada was a country. :confused: She's in the 7th grade for Pete's sake.

The upcoming generation is going to be a mildly retarded one. I blame the parents for not beating them enough and teaching them what good role models are.

Sounds like "german" is slang in another country.

The generations have been slowly getting dumber because each generation is living off the success of the previous one. Doesn't mean everyone is dumb, just a greater percentage of them.
