Hey Floridians, who's going to be your next senator?

I'm not calling you out. It's just that, like Massachusetts earlier this year, Florida's senate race is getting some attention nationally. I'm curious what you all living there are thinking about the race, if you are even thinking about it at all.

I watched the Fox News Sunday mini-debate. I am leaning towards Rubio. A couple times Christ didn't really have anything of substance to say and just fell back to personal attacks against Rubio. I think it is time for some younger blood in the Senate anyways.

Great debate between Rubio and Crist on Fox News Sunday!

If I lived in Florida, I would be all for Rubio.

If Rubio wins the nomination in a landslide, that is going to send a powerful message to the liberals and centrists.

While I wish that were true, Scott Brown winning Ted Kennedys seat fell on deaf ears. That was way huger than Rubio winning will ever be IMO. They don't give a crap about what the people are telling them. They are doing what they want.

So, the scenery has changed a bit. Is it now Left, Right and Center?

How all you Floridians going to vote now?

That's for sure. The POS calls Manuel and asks for his support. The POS was never a true Republican anyway and lapped up to Obama.

I heard the quotes from Crist this morning on the radio. They went something like this:

"I will be running for Senator. I will be running as a Repulican. I will not be running as an independent. I will not run for any other office. I will run in the Republican party, the same party of Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Regan. I will run for Senator as a Repulican and nothing else."

And then he comes out yesterday, running as an independent.

Can we really find anyone more stupid to run for office?

I'm not real happy with Rubio for his stance on Arizona's new immigration law, but he is still the only choice for a conservative like me in Florida's Senate race.
