Strother Martin in Giant, after his sidekick knocked Paul Newman to the ground. It's not so much the words, but the manner in which they were spoken, but I guess that is true with all of them.

Um, you're supposed to post a line from the movie, then let someone else guess what movie it's from.

^ Billy Madison. That was on over the weekend, caught a few minutes of it before going to play in the snow/ice.

Here's a long one, but a good one.
